Cleaning Regimen Modifications

The Greek Government and World Health Organization have provided us with safety precautionary guidelines that we are committed to following.

We are committed to uncompromisingly follow those guidelines, to make you feel safe and free, pampered and relaxed by taking all the necessary precautions, thus guaranteeing you much needed peace of mind.

For our everyday cleaning, xenodocheio Milos will be using the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to treat known pathogens. Here is what you can expect from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart our hotel:

• We will disinfect and clean Guest luggage before taking it to the room.
• Express and private Check-in and Check outs will be available.
• Frequent cleaning protocols of all guest rooms and public areas.
• Guest Rooms: Will be equipped with Sanitizing gels and masks for your use. Mini bars will be sealed.
• Hotel Employees: Our tream is trained with the new standards. Increased handwashing, wearing masks and temperature checks will be adhered to daily in all shifts. Employee uniforms will be cleaned by the hotel’s laundry department ensuring correct sanitation.
• Food Safety: Food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. In addition, we will be modifying our operational practices for in-room dining and only be serving a la carte breakfasts.

• At xenodocheio Milos, health, safety and wellbeing of all our esteemed guests and staff remain our top priority. In our effort to provide the safest and best possible experience, in accordance with Greek Post Covid Regulations, our vaccinated guests are required to present their vaccination certificate, while guests who are holders of a certificate of recovery have to present their vaccination pass or the segregation order from the health department. The unvaccinated guests have to present a Certificate of a negative coronavirus test (PCR or rapid) not older than 48 hours upon arrival.
• While inside of xenodocheio Milos, guests are required to practice physical distancing by standing at least 2 meters away from others who are not traveling with them and to wear a face mask in all public areas of the xenodocheio and estiatorio, as well as at the breakfast buffet.
